Deep Therapeutic focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue to release the chronic patterns of tension in specific areas through slow strokes and deeper pressure on the contracted areas. Afterwards, the body often feels as if it had a strenuous, yet impactful workout. Because many toxins are released, it's important to drink plenty of water after a deep session to help eliminate toxins from the body.

Student Relaxation Sequence sessions are available on a limited basis. Diamond Light School student interns offer a full-body gentle relaxation sequence. In return for the discounted price, the client fills out an evaluation form that is reviewed by the school and is part of the California certification process.
